3. LEAD DISTRIBUTION AND DISCLOSURE

Lead Distribution to Law Firm Clients

MatterOrigin operates as a lead generation service for personal injury law firms. When an individual submits information through one of our personal injury lead generation campaigns, we may distribute that information to a participating personal injury law firm that has contracted with MatterOrigin to receive leads.

The participating law firm may use the information to review the individual's circumstances, determine whether a consultation may be appropriate, and contact the individual regarding their personal injury inquiry.

MatterOrigin is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not determine whether an individual has a valid legal claim or whether a law firm will accept representation.

Exclusivity Commitment

Unless otherwise specified or disclosed, leads are distributed exclusively to one participating law firm client. MatterOrigin does not simultaneously resell or redistribute an exclusive lead to multiple law firm buyers.

Different lead distribution arrangements may apply where clearly disclosed.
